EBC Webstore - Beta. In addition to being the second letter in the Greek alphabet the word beta is also often used to describe a project or process that is being tested. With that in mind we would like to introduce you to our stores currently in beta. We are continually adding products to expand our selection which already includes hundreds of products. How will I know if EBC webstore has received my order?
When you place a credit card order you will receive a confirmation email from EBC webstore. When EBC webstore "settles" the order you will also receive an email indicating that the order has been settled and the necessary order tracking information. You can also check the status of your order in My Account.

How do I place an order?
The EBC WebStore shopping cart is our easy to use service that allows you to browse the shop and select as many products as you want. Every product page in the shop has an option to add one or several items to your cart. However, if you wish to change the quantity in your cart, simply type the new quantity in QUANTITY FIELD and click the “UPDATE” button. At any time during your visit, you can review the contents of your cart by clicking on the icon “view cart” located at the top right hand of the screen. If you would like to remove an item from your cart, simply click the check-box under the Remove column opposite the item. Finally, just like any shop, once you have found all the items you need, go to checkout by clicking the “checkout” icon. You can then pay for your goods by following the simple instructions given here – it couldn’t be simpler.

What do I do if I forget my Order Number?
You can still identify the order you’ve placed by going to the web store home page (Further you can also check the e-mail sent by EBC to your e-mail account) and clicking on "My account" on the top menu you will then be asked to enter your email address and password and after successfully entering this information, click on "Show all orders" link.. You can then review a summary list of all of your orders to determine the one you are looking for. For detail, simply click on the View button in the right hand column of the summary list and the detail for that order will be shown.
What does it mean when my order status says: Pending, Processing or Shipped and Subscription Received?
Your order will go through various phases to completion and each is identified with the following indicators and their meanings:
Pending – Your order is in queue to be processed.
Processing – Your order is in process through our system.
Shipped – Your order has been shipped completely
Subscription Received - Subscription has been received and will be shipped as soon as it is released.
How long do you keep my Order Status History?
Your order status and history (“Order Tracking”) is kept on file for a minimum of one year so that you can refer back to the order detail and easily re-order items again.
Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?
Your shopping cart and the items in it are shown in the right hand column of every page you visit as you travel through the store. You have the ability to increase/decrease the quantity of an item already in your cart, delete items in your cart, or clear the cart entirely. Once you start the check out process, your items will be “bagged up” for delivery.
How will I know whether or not my order has been approved for credit and shipped?
During the final step in the checkout process, you will push the "Continue" button to initiate the credit card validation process. At this point, your credit card will either be approved for the charge (or denied) and you will be notified then that the order has been accepted (or not).
What happens if there are issues with my order?
During the registration process we ask for your email address and contact telephone number. This is so we can contact you in the event we have a question about your order or if some issue arises with your order that we need to notify you about.
Will I receive a receipt?
All transactions at the webstore will be recorded in your ‘Account History’. You will also receive an email confirming your order along with your order details including VAT deductions (if applicable). This receipt can be used as tax invoice and can also be used for reference in the future.

Should you need to return a textbook, please remember these things:

In case of any missing pages or defect in binding, the Company will be liable only to replace the item.
Please send a copy of the original invoice or your invoice no. alongwith the damaged book to facilitate replacement.
