Each item we sell has an "Availability" time displayed next to it (for example, "45 Business Days"). This figure tells you when the item is ready to leave our warehouse. The total time it will take to receive an item is determined by adding the "Availability" time to the number of days your shipping method will take. If the "Availability" of an item indicates "In Stock", your order will be processed within 3 to 4 Business Days and will reach you in the time taken to process your order plus number of days taken in transit of your order.

Rates
The
rates you see given with the product pages are what you pay, there are no extra
"Packing Charges", "Box Charges", "Preparation Fees" etc.
On International orders, customs and import duties are also applicable. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Free
Shipping
Shop the
exclusive range of titles on our website and enjoy 'free shipping' on all purchases
over Rs.
450 in India. This, however, excludes all
subscription payments received, all CD purchases, Internet-based product purchases,
Cash-on-Delivery/V.P.P. consignments, International orders and premium services for
faster delivery such as Ground courier and Air courier.
Choice of courier in the case of Free-Shipping via Courier is upto the discretion of the EBC Webstore team. Further, the above service may not be applicable to regions not catered to by regular courier, in which case shipping will be done via Registered Mail instead.
Cash
on Delivery
Cash on
Delivery is an alternate payment method offered in addition to our existing payment
options. In Cash on Delivery payment option, you have the convenience to pay the
order amount at the time of the actual delivery, rather than paying in advance. The
Cash on Delivery option is applicable to any order size and uses the services of
renowned logistics partners to facilitate collection of cash from customers. The
facility will be provided to all customers across India (some remote locations might
not be serviced). Placing an order using Cash on Delivery shipping option is simple.

Return & Cancellation Policy
Easy Returns
If
within 15 days after receipt of your purchase you are not completely satisfied,
return the goods in the original state they were received for a full refund (minus
the cost of shipping) of the purchase price or replace it.
Items that cannot be
returned
We are
unable to accept returns for magazines, downloadable PDFs, online publications –
eBooks and eLearning Courses. Bulk orders of 100 or more copies are non-returnable.
If your return is shipped or brought to our store after the time frame indicated
above or without an order reference number, we regret that we cannot issue a refund
or send the merchandise back to you.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by EBC Webstore: There may be certain orders that we are
unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion
to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in
your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for
purchase, non-availability of the delivery service to the shipping address,
inaccuracies or errors in product information/pricing or problems identified our
credit or fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order. EBC Webstore will
contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional
information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after
your credit card or bank account has been charged, the said amount will be
reversed back in your credit card/bank account.
Cancellation by the Customer: In case of requests for order
cancellations, one can either email us at ebcwebstore@ebcwebstore.com or
call us directly on our toll free number 1800-1800-6666 (Monday to Saturday
between 10.00 a.m. To 19.00 p.m. IST)
EBC Webstore reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order
cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As a part of the usual business
practice, if we receive a cancellation request before the order has been
processed, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to
you. EBC Webstore will not be able to cancel orders that have already
been partially or fully processed EBC Webstore has the right to decide
whether the order has been processed or not or whether the order has
been partially or fully processed. You agree not to dispute the decision
made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.
